Upon successful completion of this application-based CPE course, pharmacy preceptors should be able to:
1. Define the concept of psychological safety as it relates to teaching and learning.
2. Identify how psychological safety can influence student performance and engagement.
3. Outline communication strategies that support learner development and connection.
4. Develop an action plan to improve your effectiveness as a preceptor through empathy and trust-building.
