This course discusses practical strategies for managing time while precepting pharmacy learners, including identifying workflow barriers, prioritizing responsibilities, delegating appropriate activities, setting clear expectations, and adjusting preceptor involvement based on learner readiness. You will gain strategies to integrate learners more efficiently into daily practice while supporting their professional growth and maintaining focus on patient care.
