Technician Advanced Training Immunization | Microcredentials On-Demand 6 credit hours

This bundled option provides a streamlined path for pharmacy technicians who need both immunization training and the PTCB Immunization Administration Certificate.

This package includes:

  • CEimpact’s Immunization Administration Training for Pharmacy Technicians
  • Acces to the PTCB Immunization Administration Certificate Exam

Technicians complete the CEimpact training program and then receive an access code to sit for the PTCB Certificate Exam at no additional cost.

The training is ACPE-accredited and prepares pharmacy technicians to safely and effectively administer vaccines in accordance with CDC guidelines and HHS requirements.

This on demand 6-hour course combines flexible, self-paced learning with a 1-hour live virtual skills assessment, where learners will demonstrate immunization technique under supervision.

Pharmacy technicians schedule and complete the hands-on skills assessment alongside a pharmacist immunizer after completing the home study component of the training. Instructions to register for a live virtual skills assessment are provided upon course enrollment.

This format allows technicians to complete required training without travel while still meeting all clinical and regulatory expectations.

The combined approach with PTCB reduces administrative steps and ensures alignment between training completion and certification requirements.

Upon completion of the CEimpact training, technicians will also earn a digital badge recognizing their competency in immunization administration.

Purchase the bundle to complete the training and certification in one coordinated process.

Note: Active PTCB CPhT certification is required to sit for th PTCB Immunization Administration Certificate Exam
