Specifically, learners will analyze real-world scenarios that feature malpractice liability or a breach of patient confidentiality through digital media communications, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to uphold the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.

Upon successful completion of this knowledge-based CPE course, pharmacy technicians should be able to:
1. Discuss the legal and regulatory issues related to social networking and other electronic communications in pharmacy practice.
2. Describe strategies for pharmacy practice that will meet legal responsibilities while participating in electronic communication.
