Medical Cannabis: An Evidence-Based Approach for Pharmacy Teams [Technician]
This course provides pharmacy technicians with a review of the endocannabinoid system, available medical cannabis products, patient safety, drug interactions, and important dispensing information.
Upon successful completion of this knowledge-based CPE course, pharmacy technicians should be able to:
1. Review the pharmacology of cannabis
2. Describe effectiveness and adverse effects of medical cannabis based on clinical literature
3. Identify potential patient safety issues that may occur with the use of medical cannabis
