How to Engage Patients in Conversations that Make a Difference [Technician]

Patients not listening to health care providers is a problem that has recently escalated with COVID – such as recent challenges with the use of ivermectin and vaccine hesitancy. What can you do to be part of the solution? Take this course to learn how engaging patients can drive health outcomes toward positive goals. You’ll have more efficient and effective conversations by learning to use proven motivational interviewing techniques like reflective listening, appreciative inquiry, and resisting the righting reflex.
