This course will take learners on an informative journey through the glucose cosmos. Course content will discuss the evolution of continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) while highlighting their profound impact on enhancing health outcomes and quality of life for individuals with diabetes. Learners will explore CGM utilization across diverse patient populations, and discover the pivotal role that pharmacy teams play in integrating CGM devices into comprehensive diabetes management strategies. At the completion of this activity, the learner will be able to:
