This course will take learners on an informative journey through the glucose cosmos. Learning Objectives
At the completion of this activity, the learner will be able to:
1. Describe the evolution of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs)
2. Recognize the impact of CGM devices in improving the health, clinical outcomes, and quality of life for persons living with diabetes
3. Discuss the use of CGM devices in the management of diabetes across patient populations
4. Explain the role of the pharmacist in managing people with diabetes and the opportunity to integrate CGM devices into practice
