Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of this knowledge-based CPE course, pharmacy preceptors should be able to:
1. Describe why obtaining and engaging with learner feedback is essential to improving education using the concepts of “deliberate practice”.
2. Outline strategies to facilitate learners to be “good givers” of feedback.
3. Identify practice strategies to prepare for, react to, and engage with feedback more effectively.
4. Clarify feedback in order to better understand learner meaning and intent.
