Pharmacist Advanced Training Hearing Aids | Microcredentials On-Demand 3 credit hours

More than 38 million adults in America have mild to moderate hearing loss. Although hearing impairment has been linked to depression, dementia, and falls, many don’t seek treatment or don’t wear their hearing aids. Pharmacy teams are accessible and perfectly positioned to educate patients about hearing loss, provide guidance to over-the-counter options, or refer to specialists, as needed. Take this course to become an expert in over-the-counter options to help your patients improve their hearing and quality of life.
