Pharmacist Community Health Worker On-Demand 1.5 credit hours

Community Health Workers can be gamechangers for a community pharmacy practice and the patients they serve. This course provides the business case, the patient case, and a step-by-step approach to integrating a community health worker into day-to-day pharmacy practice.

2. List potential revenue sources for community health workers.
3. Discuss which revenue sources are appropriate for pharmacy-based community health workers.
