Crucial Conversations in Experiential Education

Do you tend to avoid difficult conversations with learners? This continuing pharmacy education course provides useful tools to assist the pharmacy preceptor in awkward, sensitive, and difficult conversations in the experiential education setting. Emerge from this session with various tips and techniques to confidently navigate these situations and ensure a successful, rewarding experience for preceptors and learners alike.
